
Call Center IT Service Provider

We are seeking a Call Center IT Service Provider to join our team at Allied Business Machines (Pvt) Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced IT professional to take on a challenging role and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues or escalating them to senior technicians if necessary.
- Managing tickets from detection to resolution using ServiceNow.
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles for commonly encountered issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as knowledge of Active Directory and PC hardware. They will also have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk/Call Center environment.
