Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating HR processes, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and employment status changes.
  • Process employee lifecycle events, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general information.
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide support in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and administration, preferably in an IT or technology company.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
