Job Title:

A Global Sales Professional is required to drive sales and marketing initiatives in the APAC region.

  • This role involves uncovering new opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, with a focus on selling event-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Generating leads and building pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  2. Qualifying Prospects: Understanding their needs, business environment, and event participation goals.
  3. Supporting Sales: Collaborating with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes.
  4. Market Research: Conducting market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives.
  5. Customer Management: Managing all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
  6. Performance Reporting: Preparing weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations.
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
  2. Industry Experience: Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development is required.
  3. Background: Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications).
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role.
  8. Technical Requirements: Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
