Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales/Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in achieving sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct distribution of products or services to customers
  • Develop and follow up on business leads to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team of sales staff to ensure they meet their targets
  • Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization's sales representatives
  • Set and achieve sales quotas to drive business growth
  • Develop new customers and generate sales from existing customers
  • Develop sales department manuals and customer engagement scripts to improve sales performance
  • Maintain contact with dealers and distributors to build strong relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
  • Travel to different locations to make sales calls and build relationships with customers
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management
  • Maintain accurate reports to track sales performance
  • Generate numbers to determine if sales goals have been met
  • Hire, train, and lead sales representatives to drive sales growth
  • Develop motivational material to inspire the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to develop strategic partnership activities
