We are seeking two professionals to manage the sourcing, screening, and interview coordination process for our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening: Post job vacancies, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule assessments.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via job boards and social media.
  3. Recruitment Administration: Maintain recruitment records and database, coordinate with hiring managers on selections.
  4. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
Requirements:
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/medical billing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with HR Software: Familiarity with ATS and HR software is an advantage.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
