  9. Verify pickup and drop-off accuracy to maintain high-quality standards.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. Preferably inbound call center experience or 1 year experience in a similar role.
  2. Candidates with knowledge of relevant software have an advantage.
  3. High school graduation is mandatory.
