Your Role
As a Franchise Sales and Partnership Lead, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of new franchise partners across various markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and expand our footprint. This includes:
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of franchise agreements with potential partners.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key requirements include:
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
