Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our projects and development teams in building and optimizing software solutions. You will work closely with senior Business Analysts, Project Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements for features and products in an agile environment.
  • Work with Product Owners to understand business objectives and align them with product development.
  • Support in managing and prioritizing the product backlog effectively.
  • Ensure that requirements are well-documented and updated in project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business teams. The selected individual will also have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 06 Months - 1 year of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related role.
