Senior Regional Sales Executive

As a Sales Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion by ensuring the optimal distribution of Colgate Palmolive products within your designated zone. You will implement customer development strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives, foster strong relationships with stockists and trade partners, and drive category growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to ensure width and depth of distribution
- Implement Customer Development strategies to drive sales and distribution objectives
- Foster strong relationships with stockists and trade partners to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG companies
- Post-graduate degree in Business Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
