
Sales Territory Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate product visibility and availability in assigned territories through strategic merchandising.
- Nurture strong relationships with retailers and distributors to drive business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate sales recording through Secondary Sales Mobile Application.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales domain, preferably in FMCG/Bev. sector.
- Hands-on experience with secondary sales mobile applications is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
