
Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist

Voxnet Communications is a leading provider of call center services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our auto insurance calls meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the quality of auto insurance calls and provide detailed feedback to agents on their performance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to improve call quality and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality.
Accountabilities and Requirements:- Evaluate the quality of auto insurance calls using established criteria
- Provide regular feedback to agents on their performance
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve call quality
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to call quality
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in auto insurance)
- Strong understanding of call center operations and quality assurance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals
