
Insurance Call Center Quality Auditor

Voxnet Communications is looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our auto insurance calls meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary responsibility will be to listen to recordings of auto insurance calls and provide detailed feedback to agents on their performance. You will also be responsible for working closely with the call center team to implement quality assurance strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Listen to and analyze auto insurance calls to identify areas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback to agents on their performance
- Collaborate with the call center team to develop and implement quality assurance strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to call quality
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in auto insurance)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals
- Basic knowledge of the US market and call center industry
