Sales Growth Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Team Management: Lead the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and maintain a strong presence in the market.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • New Business Leads: Identify and develop new business leads and prospects.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on customer demand trends and requirements, providing this information to the Commercial department to develop attractive deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales, revenue, and customer relationship targets.
  • Sales Team Oversight: Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Team Development: Develop the corporate sales team.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and deals with customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of corporate sales experience required.
  • Candidate Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and dedication to providing great customer service.
