About the Job:

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth in the Faisalabad territory. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and concessionaires.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and coach sales staff to achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Snacking industry preferred.

Skills:

  • Customer Relationship Management & Selling Essentials.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Exhibit all Standards of Leadership.
  • High on objective rigor focused towards business targets.
