About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Team Lead to manage our voice and chat operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities
  1. To lead a team of contact center agents to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
  2. To develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance.
  3. To monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  4. To handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them promptly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of contact center software and CRM systems.
