
Customer Service Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Team Lead to manage our voice and chat operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities- To lead a team of contact center agents to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
- To develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance.
- To monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- To handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of contact center software and CRM systems.
