We are seeking a Product and Solutions Business Manager to join our team in Pakistan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global technology company and contribute to our mission of making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy which maximizes revenue and profit for SME products across Pakistan in MENA Division. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the SME market and be able to identify business and product innovation opportunities from SME Payments segments.

The Role

This role will be tasked to help achieve the SME Products P&L objectives. The position will also be tasked to support or lead specific regional Expert Sales initiatives that support MasterCard business and revenue goals.

  1. Lead accountability for developing and executing a SME Sales strategy which maximizes revenue and profit for SME products across Pakistan in MENA Division.
  2. This role will be responsible for identifying business and product innovation opportunities from SME Payments segments.
  3. Providing subject matter expertise and end to end project management / delivery by liaising with cross-functional partners.
  4. Define customer business and product requirements for both enterprise-wide and customer specific initiatives and contribute to the customer planning process; Partner with P&E to ensure the development of products, including highly customized products that will best serve the customer.
  5. Ensure business objectives are aligned with, and activity coordinated across, all key stakeholders (e.g. P&E, Market Development, Customer Delivery, AMs, etc.) in order to prioritize initiatives and facilitate their effective implementation.

About You

Required Qualifications:

  1. Deep knowledge and understanding of Corporate products and services (SME Card, Acceptance solutions, security solutions, spend management, card controls), with significant experience in sales and business development within the SME space and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  2. Progressive business experience, with a strong track record in the payments industry and deep knowledge of consumer payments.
  3. Strong account management experience - ability to understand customer and constituent needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  4. Strong project and relationship management skills - extensive experience and a proven track record of managing simultaneous initiatives, multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment, across multiple geographic locations, solving problems and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives with external and internal clients.
