Key Responsibilities- Main distributors/retailers are handled regularly
- Debtor targets are met as agreed with RSM every month
- Overdue amounts are reduced as agreed with RSM
- Strategy/plans are agreed with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing per target
- Signed statements of accounts for customers/dealers within the area are ensured every month
- Connections with dealers and customers are expanded to meet targets
- Weekly reports submitted by DSRs are verified
- Sales teams are motivated and visited at locations to meet them
- Market issues are solved amicably and timely, highlighting forthcoming issues with workable solutions to RSM
- Clarity on discounts (monthly, annual special schemes) is provided after formal approval from RSM to the trade team and customers
- Ongoing foreign schemes are communicated to all customers
- Post machines are installed as agreed with RSM and Marketing
- Team mindset is aligned with business financial/commercial objectives
- Clear leadership priority is shown and corporate governance/values and HSE compliance are ensured
