Job Title: Deputy Manager FinanceKey Responsibilities:

As Deputy Manager Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions. This includes managing MIS, banking, income tax, sales tax matters, costing, budgeting, financial planning & analysis.

You will ensure timely implementation of internal controls for all financial transactions. Your role will also involve analyzing cash flow and financial statements to identify potential weak areas.

You will assist in preparing monthly and annual accounts, inventory movement reports, and periodic cash flow statements. Additionally, you will plan and implement business transfers from sole proprietorship to AOP/Limited company.

Supervising credit and vendor management, and overseeing cost accounting processes are key aspects of this role. You will reconcile sales, bank statements, and bank positions, as well as verify and supervise the filing of income tax and sales tax returns.

Furthermore, you will prepare expense details and comparative statements on a monthly or as-needed basis. Supervising petty cash management is an essential part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial control.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including tax compliance.
