We are seeking a Senior Software Developer experienced in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key responsibilities include implementing custom applications with Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, utilizing out-of-the-box CRM functionalities for case and task management. Experience in banking is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Design approaches and brainstorm solutions for complex requirements.
  • Understand CRM out-of-the-box components and identify extensions needed.
  • Estimate efforts and evaluate approaches for implementation.
  • Develop and customize CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate CRM with external systems.
  • Develop using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, ADO.NET.
  • Write clean, efficient code adhering to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
  • Ability to develop entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports.
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
  • Experience in solution deployment and technical documentation.
  • Banking experience is a plus.
