Job Summary:

The role of CEO Administrator is to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring a seamless and efficient management of their workload and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain the agenda of the CEO, including organizing all appointments.
  • Ensure relevant content is posted on the CEO's social media accounts and follow the calendar made by the marketing team.
  • Follow up on important deadlines and proactively remind the CEO.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in Dutch and English. French or German is an asset.
  • Approachable and easily accessible via different channels as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
  • Able to structure and prioritize tasks effectively, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
