Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR professional to lead our human resources function.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective people management and employee engagement.
This role involves:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance issues, absence, and leave concerns, as well as employee relations.
- Oversight of staff performance evaluations.
- Day-to-day human resource concerns; ensuring that organisational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
- Able to create an atmosphere where people and performance are prioritised in a fast-paced company through previous expertise in both the business and the management of people.
- Ability to rapidly resolve employee concerns.
- Over ten years of experience in fields such as onboarding, motivation, retention, training, and employee well-being.
- Extensive experience managing a 200 person multi-cultural and multi-level human resources department; growing operations and optimising employee performance.
- Excellent command of English.
- A strategic leader who can drive change management and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to shaping a positive work environment.
