The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to senior leadership and staff members. It involves presenting the department in a professional manner, both internally and externally, while handling confidential information with discretion. This includes communicating directly with executive management and reviewing incoming correspondence for priority, content, and topic.

This position will also be responsible for composing correspondence, including meeting follow-ups and scheduling internal and off-site meetings. Additionally, it will involve working with the travel department to coordinate trips and schedule company plane travel. The individual will work closely with senior leaders to monitor departmental operations and identify ways to improve efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including confidential files;
  • Order office supplies;
  • Prepare miscellaneous billing and expense reports;
  • Maintain conference rooms, office areas, and equipment;

This role requires excellent organizational, oral, and written skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with confidence and discretion. Knowledge of Microsoft-based software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential.
