We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Ads Manager to lead our team in developing and executing digital advertising strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of paid search campaigns across various platforms.

  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Manage multiple paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their performance and ensure the achievement of team goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Strategy and Ownership: Take complete ownership of your performance, ensuring a direct impact on client business outcomes through strategic actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Expert proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and various Office Tools. Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
  • Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
