Providing HR Support for a Great Employee Experience

The Employee Connection Specialist plays a critical role in supporting employees across the APAC region. This includes responding to employee inquiries, performing various HR tasks in Workday, and assisting with reorganizations. You will also prepare accurate and timely payroll information and ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who can provide exceptional customer service and has a background in HR administration. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality HR services and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver HR services that meet or exceed employee expectations.
  • Perform HR tasks in Workday, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with reorganizations, including position management and benefit changes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely payroll information.
  • Onboard and offboard employees efficiently.
