Job Title

The Regional HR Officer – Lower Sindh will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of all personnel records of faculty and non-faculty staff, as well as supporting all other HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, entering, and scouting mail for further processing.
  • Processing HR transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Tracking documents and resolving payroll queries.
  • Organizing HR-related training activities as and when needed.
  • Ensuring timely collection of data from schools through areas for all Faculty awards.
  • Preparing monthly & quarterly school staff allowances reports.
  • Reviewing and resolving pending issues.
  • Following up with area offices on various matters.
  • Performing other HR-related tasks assigned by the manager as and when required.
  • Ensuring timely collection, verification, and dispatching of employee documentation to HO HR for all processes not automated; and implementing correct policy & SOP.

This is a full-time role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
