Sr. HR Generalist Role

The Sr. HR Generalist is a mid-senior level, full-time position responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including pre-screening, interview scheduling, and shortlisting.
  • Draft and issue employee agreements and offer letters.
  • Coordinate and document employee separations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments.
  • Support the annual performance review cycle.
  • Process payroll, including commissions, variable compensation, referral bonuses, and extra shift allowances.
  • Manage JIRA tickets and Confluence.
  • Ensure timely completion of quarterly goal reviews and payout processes.
  • Provide corporate reports and analysis as requested.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree from a reputable institution (preferably from the IT industry).
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, including at least two years in recruitment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws.
