Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured approach to managing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential deals and develop a plan to pursue them;
  • Lead or participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, response strategy development, proposal creation, review, and feedback;
  • Work closely with delivery heads to identify suitable teams and coordinate pre-sales and delivery efforts;
  • Anchoring client visits from planning stages, identifying key participants;
  • Conduct primary and secondary research;

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in selling complex IT services within the same industry. You should also have a proven track record of managing large bids from a pre-sales perspective.

Expertise:

  • A strong understanding of business case-driven pre-sales methodologies is highly desirable;
  • A techno-commercial orientation and cost sensitivity are essential;
  • You should be self-motivated and driven, with excellent program management and consulting skills;
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, high-pressure environments is required;
  • Excellent communication and written skills are essential for success in this role;
  • A strong presentation and proposal skills are necessary to drive business growth;
