Certification Training Specialist Role

We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop business plans in alignment with organizational objectives. Define sales, operational, and technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within action plans.
  • Operational Management: Execute and monitor operational performance, including sales, revenue, productivity, ratios, and operating profits. Analyze and review monthly results, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Talent Management: Identify business potential for organic and inorganic growth through existing and new products and markets. Recruit, staff, qualify, review, and train team members for individual development, motivation, delegation, empowerment, assessment, and feedback.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and operational support by coordinating interfaces with responsible organizational units. Ensure timely reporting from subcontractors and monitor their payments linked to report submission.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Protect and manage Licenses to Operate (LTOs). Maintain relationships with large accounts through regular visits.
  • Reporting and Communication: Elaborate reports on field trips. Report incidental issues, such as new developments, client feedback, and complaints. Manage organizational environment and health and safety commitments.
