Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain strong client relationships across a portfolio of approximately 15 mid-sized accounts based in Pakistan.

This position requires exceptional client-facing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and custom development services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Drive account planning and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement
  • Maintain account health metrics and retention performance
  • Support renewals and account growth initiatives in collaboration with other teams

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
  • Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of retail industry in Pakistan will be a strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
