
Enterprise Account Manager

Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain strong client relationships across a portfolio of approximately 15 mid-sized accounts based in Pakistan.
This position requires exceptional client-facing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and custom development services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Drive account planning and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement
- Maintain account health metrics and retention performance
- Support renewals and account growth initiatives in collaboration with other teams
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
- Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus
- Strong understanding of retail industry in Pakistan will be a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
