Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the bank's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in regular sales and training initiatives to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the bank's customer base.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferable).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
