
Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our growth efforts in the photovoltaic industry.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to surpass sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market penetration for microinverters, string inverters, and residential energy storage solutions.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPC companies, installers, and other key stakeholders in the PV sector to establish long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and potential growth opportunities.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and valuable market insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and business strategy adjustments.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Professional Network: An extensive network and established industry connections within the PV sector, especially with distributors, EPC companies, and installers.
- Language Skills: Fluent English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively handle a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Work closely with technical support and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction, address product-related concerns, and contribute insights for product improvement.
