Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing overall processes and ensuring seamless contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase Contract Management: Prepare and purchase contracts, negotiating terms with internal and external business partners.

  2. Contract Review and Update: Review and update existing contracts and technical documents, explaining terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.

  3. Risk Analysis: Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms, staying up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinating with the legal department as needed.

  4. Deadline Management: Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met, including payments and shipping.

  5. Record Management: Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records.

  6. Language Standards: Create language standards for existing and new contracts.

  7. Procurement Process: Integrate the Procurement process, award the contracts, and track contracts.

  8. Tech Contracts Administration.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Candidates' Profile

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant corporate experience.

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
  • Familiarity with accounting procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
  • Keen attention to detail with ability to spot errors.
