
Administrative Operations Manager

Experienced professionals are required to oversee daily HR and administrative operations. This role demands strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personal files
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems and development plans
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and capacity-building activities
- Resolve employee grievances according to labor laws and company policy
Required qualifications include BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration is also necessary. Experience in the construction, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
This full-time position is based in Islamabad, and the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
