**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities to achieve sales targets, revenue, and growth.
**Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve sales targets, revenue, and growth.
- Review sales plans and activities with the sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of planned activities to achieve goals.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and serve as the primary contact for existing and new customers.
- Create long-term strategies with clients.
- Prepare volume forecasts and plans in coordination with the brands team and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments involved with key accounts.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in key account management.
- Proven sales and solution-providing skills based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key accounts at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
