Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our Quality Assurance initiatives, focusing on automation and AI-assisted testing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality engineering, cutting-edge technology, and high-performing team leadership.

The role involves implementing agile testing techniques, developing and executing a strategic roadmap for QA automation, and ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. This includes designing and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the team, oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle, and ensure proper test coverage across releases. They will also define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting directly to [Manager's Name], you will be responsible for leading a high-performing QA team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders.
