Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and external enquirers. This includes greeting visitors, directing them to relevant personnel, and providing information as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception/phone calls, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls as necessary.
  • Meet and greet visitors, maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude at all times.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the company's services and general inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education an asset.
