Facilities Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Facilities Management Specialist to manage facilities and large-scale teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing janitors and housekeepers, with excellent communication skills and the ability to arrange and manage human resources when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage facilities and large-scale teams.
  • Oversee janitors and housekeepers to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Arrange and manage human resources as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws, PESSI, EOBI, and other relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Experience in human resource management, preferably in a facilities management setting.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
