We seek an accomplished Human Resource Lead with 3 years of experience in the Accounting sector for a remote position. The ideal candidate will devise and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new staff members.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Essential Competencies:
- Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
