Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment.

  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Assist in preparation and updating of business flowcharts to ensure efficient processes.
  • Stay current on the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Support working with employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure fair treatment.
  • Keep accurate records of benefit plans such as insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics.
  • Prepare reports for government compliance and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Help maintain and update employee handbooks and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams to efficiently manage tasks and collaborate with the team.
  • Ability to work US business hours and adapt to changing priorities.
