This is a career-starting position for individuals with excellent communication and sales skills. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping students and professionals make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Counseling: Provide guidance and support to new students, helping them understand the benefits of our courses in predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Sales: Lead the sales process by establishing contact, making calls, and meeting prospective students. You will be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries.
- Course Explanation: Effectively explain course details to students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Career Guidance: Offer insights and advice to students and parents, assisting them in making informed career decisions aligned with our educational offerings.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients within the education sector, including colleges and universities.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, showcasing our training programs.
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and their contact information for follow-up and communication.
- Center Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities at the center, ensuring smooth coordination between trainers and students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in sales or the EdTech sector.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
- A bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Personal qualities such as charisma, competitiveness, enthusiasm, and strong negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and parents.
- Technical skills, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
