Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Partner

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Development Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic talent management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational charts, job descriptions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with department heads.
  • Document revisions to job descriptions, KRAs, and KPIs as required, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Timely create job descriptions and KPIs for new positions, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Assist in manpower planning by providing relevant data to support informed decisions.
  • Communicate staffing requirements and rationale to stakeholders, facilitating timely hiring processes.
  • Prioritize recruitment activities for planned and budgeted positions, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing required personnel on time, meeting business demands.
  • Conduct thorough selection interviews to ensure the best fit for open positions.
  • Support the execution of the annual Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure seamless execution of Performance Management Systems aligned with job descriptions, KRAs, and KPIs in assigned departments.
  • Foster a culture of compliance with performance management policies and procedures, promoting excellence in assigned departments.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Performance Management Systems, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing PM systems.
  • Location: Management Consulting - Lahore, Pakistan
