Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience working in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
