Commercial Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Strategy Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the Northern region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies that drive commercial growth and expansion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product launches, promotions, and customer feedback. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with major hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals, leading negotiations and long-term contracts with institutional buyers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare solutions sector.
  • Deep understanding of the South region healthcare ecosystem, including public/private hospitals, medical institutions, and distribution networks.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
