
Regional Business Growth Manager

The Regional Business Growth Manager plays a vital role in driving sustainable business growth within the region. This involves overseeing trade marketing initiatives, ensuring effective Point of Purchase (POP) controls, and timely execution of Cycle Plan activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely implementation and communication of Cycle Plan activities to the sales team.
- Effective management of Regional POSM warehouses, adhering to company principles and policies.
- Leadership of the zonal sales promotion team, including merchandising teams, to achieve discipline, punctuality, and maintain performance records.
- Implementation of POP control procedures through regular inventory reports.
- Management of company assets, such as sampling vans, booths, vending machines, Gondolas & Wire Stands.
- Fostering market intelligence and providing Sales Promotion activation documents and competitor insights to SPMs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrated ability to understand all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), customer relationships, and distribution handling.
