Job Summary
Administrative Director PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Administrative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative activities, including procurement, vehicle fleet maintenance, and conference organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be able to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing all administrative activities, including procurement, vehicle fleet maintenance, and conference organization
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in Administration from a well-reputed recognized national/international university
- At least 15 years experience, out of which 5 years in Administration/operations in a leadership role at a reputable organization
- Experience in the Healthcare Sector will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deal with diverse stakeholders
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
