  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of technical fundamentals and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HL7, XML, and web services is a significant advantage.
