We are seeking a Business Development and Customer Success professional to drive the growth and adoption of our software and services.
About the Role- Expand and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for driving renewals and increasing revenue.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring seamless integration and maximized value from our solutions.
- Monitor and maintain customer health, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may impact satisfaction or retention.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and credibility at multiple levels within existing accounts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support, to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions, optimize processes, and measure performance against key metrics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Possess a passion for data-driven decision making and a keen eye for detail.
