Customer Success Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to spearhead customer retention and growth by employing AI to anticipate needs, deliver tailored experiences, and identify upselling opportunities.

Job Description

The Customer Success Strategist will utilize AI to enhance customer interactions, providing personalized solutions and efficient issue resolution. Key responsibilities include promoting product adoption via AI-driven recommendations and customized user experiences, as well as using predictive analytics to refine customer success strategies.

The ideal candidate will leverage GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard) to showcase ability to leverage AI in customer engagement. Additionally, they will influence product direction through customer insights and spearhead customer retention and growth by anticipating needs, delivering tailored experiences, and identifying upselling opportunities.
