Customer Sales Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide them with product or service information. This role involves generating sales by converting customer inquiries into opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide customers with product or service information
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs and provide solutions to generate sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
