Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a strategic partnerships manager, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with external ecosystem partners to increase the engagement and impact of our community. Our goal is to create a collaborative environment where social innovators can come together, share knowledge, and support each other's efforts to create positive change.
We are looking for someone to design and co-execute community programs that address different needs of our community. This includes working closely with our program lead to develop programs, workshops, and convenings that engage at least 50-60% of our community. We aim to unlock insights from our community's needs by continuously collecting qualitative and quantitative data and analysing trends for various segments of our community. This information will inform strategic interventions that support our community members in taking their organizations to scale impact.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience building and leading partnerships with funders, corporates, investors, social organizations, etc. They should have a track record of planning and executing programs while monitoring impact. Additionally, they should possess an analytical mindset to understand data, insights, and impact, as well as creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative community programs. Effective communication skills, willingness to take risks, and ability to address complex issues creatively and effectively are also essential. Ultimately, we want someone who is self-reflective and aligned with our values.
